Weight Loss Package

$997

This is a 12-16 week program that includes initial lab work also checking hormone levels (very necessary), initial consult (1 hour), dietary & nutrition counseling, monthly weigh in visits, and six bi-weekly fat-burning lipo B12 shots which aid in energy and metabolism. The package also includes weight loss medication (approximately 4 months worth) aiding in weight loss. The medication amount may vary on how you tolerate titration. What makes us different— we utilize patient specific dosing to ensure minimal side effects. Your initial injection will be at your 1st consult, weekly injections to follow at home thereafter.

Many patients are on medication for longer than 12-16 weeks to reach their goal weight, for chronic obesity management, or treatment of insulin resistance. After the 12-16 weeks, you have the option to continue with more medication and monthly weigh ins at an additional cost to continue the program.

Phentermine

$75

Phentermine is pay by the month. It includes a monthly visit with our board-certified nurse practitioner and a prescription for Phentermine (must qualify—this will be based on blood pressure and other potential health history). You will fill the Phentermine at a pharmacy of your choice.

Lipo shots are available at $40 per shot. 

  • What would prevent me from qualifying?

    Hx of pancreatitis, kidney disease, multiple endocrine neoplasia, a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma, pregnancy, or a BMI less than 27.

  • What would prevent me from qualifying for Phentermine?

    High blood pressure, glaucoma, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, glaucoma, psychotic disorders, alcoholism, drug abuse, pregnancy, or a BMI less than 25.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED:

Initial lab panel $150 (negotiated cash price) may or may not be covered by insurance. This lab panel is included in the weight loss package.
