Tirzepatide.

It is a once-weekly injectable diabetic medication (GIP and GLP-1) which is a hormone produced in the small intestine that stimulates insulin secretion. This peptide inhibits glucagon secretion leading to a decrease in blood sugar.
Who can these medications be used for?
Originally intended for diabetic management, now also used for chronic weight management in adults with obesity (BMI ≥30) or in overweight individuals (BMI ≥27) with at least one weight related condition to help them lose weight and keep it off.

This is a 12 week program that includes initial lab work also checking hormone levels, initial consult, monthly weigh in visits, and six bi-weekly fat-burning lipo B12 shots which aid in energy and metabolism. The package also includes 600 units of Tirzepatide which is a weekly subcutaneous injection (GIP & GLP-1 diabetic medication), aiding in weight loss. The initial injection will be at your 1st consult, weekly injections to follow at home thereafter.
Many patients are on this medication for longer than 12 weeks to reach their goal weight, for chronic obesity management, or treatment of insulin resistance. After the 12 weeks, you have the option to continue with more medication and monthly weigh ins at an additional cost.

Phentermine is pay by the month. It includes a monthly visit with our board-certified nurse practitioner and a prescription for Phentermine (must qualify—this will be based on blood pressure and other potential health history). You will fill the Phentermine at a pharmacy of your choice.

What would prevent me from qualifying for Semaglutide or Tirzepatide?
Hx of pancreatitis, kidney disease, multiple endocrine neoplasia, and a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma, pregnancy
